Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy. If it isn't right, you have 30 days to return it.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn outside the home and in the same condition you received it
  • Free from marks, odours, pet hair and signs of wear
  • Returned with all tags attached and in its original packaging

Trying the set on at home is fine and expected. Please wear underwear when trying on, for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email us at info@vasisto.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the address to send to.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If your return doesn't meet the conditions above, we'll contact you before taking any action.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on stock while your return is in transit. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll do our best, subject to availability.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us at [your email] within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items can be returned on the same terms as full-price items. Gift cards are non-refundable.
